Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication
Gauer offers the full gambit of sheet metal fabrication services. Extremely accurate laser cutting up to ⅞” thick, high production shearing, CNC turret punching, high speed, progressive and gag punching, bending and forming up to 20′ long, Mig, Tig, and Spot welding as well as in house painting and finishing. You can find all of your required sheet metal services all under one roof.
CNC Machine Shop
Gauer is equipped with modern DMG Mori CNC milling machines, lathes, Blanchard, surface and cylindrical grinders. Most heat treating is even done in house. Having the latest CAM technology, quality equipment and modern tooling alone, will not produce accurate parts without the knowledge of Gauer’s experienced machinists.

Gauer Safety Edgers can be found throughout the world. Gauer has edgers installed in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. Gauer Flo-Rak
Gauer’s Flo-Rak line of products has the most extensive variety of carton flow rack options available. Gauer can design a new system or just as easily retrofit an existing warehouse, even if it contains carton flow shelving from another manufacturer. Gauer also has a huge advantage in price because Gauer manufactures everything in house, right down to molding the plastic rollers.
Donation and Collection Bins
Gauer offers a variety of chute styles ranging from an open mouth or mailbox style to our more secure roll-up style chute. We even offer options for book drop chutes! There are two standard sizes. We offer a nominal 4′ x 4′ body and an a nominal 5′ x 5′ body. Custom chutes and sizing are offered for large quantity orders.
Gauer Bar
Gauer rates customer satisfaction as important as maintaining the lowest possible price. The ability to deliver a large variety sizes and shapes at an inexpensive price and in a timely manner has given us an impeccable reputation. Gauer Metal has the ability to cut stainless steel plate from ⅛” to ½” and up to 20′ long.
